Terms and Conditions for Get, Set, Know Contest: |

| 1. |
The “Get, Set, Know Contest” (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) shall be open on the day of the release of the Contest in the Customer First Series in the Times of India and The Economic Times respectively, subject to other terms of this Contest. |
|
| 2. |
The participation in the Contest is purely voluntary. There is no participation fee, except for the applicable SMS /GPRS fee charged by respective operators. The participation in this offer will be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. |

| 3. |
To be eligible for the participation in the Contest, a person must be a citizen of India who has completed the age of 18 years at the time of participation in the Contest. |
|
| 4. |
To get a chance to win the prizes, a person has to participate in the Contest via the SMS by giving the correct answer to the question. The first 50 correct entries shall win holiday vouchers which entitles the winner to avail an accommodation for 2 Nights / 3 Days for a couple, at anyone of the 27 selected tourist destinations in India as mentioned in Annexure I. |

On receiving the SMS, the winner has to contact us through SMS within 3 days, and follow the instructions provided therein and in these terms and conditions, and confirm his name, phone number and address to be entitled for the holiday voucher. In case we are not able to contact the winner due to any reason including mobile number is not reachable / switched off / out of service / verification is not provided accurately, winner shall not be entitled to the holiday voucher and we shall make no further efforts to contact him. |

The holiday vouchers are non transferable, non encashable, non negotiable and can be redeemed only once. |
|
| 7. |
We will be sending the holiday voucher to the address confirmed by the winner. On receipt of the holiday voucher, the winner needs to fill the booking form (which is attached along with the holiday voucher) by mentioning the dates, destinations he / she wishes to visit. The winner then sends this completed booking form, along with the demand draft of Rs.699/- as processing charges payable at New Delhi in favour of our marketing company that will be specified in the offer letter, at least thirty (30) days prior to their date of visit. |

The holiday voucher will be valid for a period of six months from the date of winning the Contest. |
|
| 9. |
In case the winner does not receive the holiday voucher after we have properly delivered the same to the courier company / post office for delivery of the same to the winner, we shall not be liable for the same and shall not be under any obligation to give the holiday voucher again or make any kind of payment in lieu of the holiday voucher. |

| 10. |
On receipt of the booking form, our marketing company shall processes the request for reservation according to the choices mentioned in the booking form and shall issue a “letter of confirmation” to the winner at least seven (7) days prior to his/her date of visit and all winners are requested to carry the original of the letter of confirmation to be produced at the time of check – in at the hotel, details of which will be mentioned in the letter of confirmation. |

| 11. |
Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes will be entertained and we shall have no obligations to accept the requested changes. |
|
| 12. |
Best efforts shall be taken to communicate the status of a particular booking to the winner of this Contest at least 10 days before the date of check-in. |
|
| 13. |
The person asking for reservation and signing the booking form shall undertake all responsibility for his/her companion and his/ her acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. |
|
| 14. |
Only completed booking forms, in original, will be entertained and no two or more forms can be clubbed together for booking. |
|
| 15. |
No booking on phone, fax or email will be accepted. All confirmation of the bookings are subject to availability and prior advance bookings in case of national holidays and long weekends. |
|
| 16. |
At least 30 days clear advance notice is required with the first, second and third choice of destinations and dates to process the booking as specified in the booking form. Please maintain at 7 days gap between the preferred check - in dates. |

| 17. |
Illegible / Incomplete forms will be rejected. |
|
| 18. |
No duplicate will be provided in case of loss of booking form and voucher. |
|
| 19. |
Please retain a photocopy of the booking request form with you. |
|
| 20. |
We reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, at our sole discretion, without any notice at anytime during the validity of the Contest, We are under no obligation to notify such cancellation, withdrawal, change, alteration or modification or give any reasons for the same. Our decisions regarding this Contest, including the winners of the Contest, will be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. |

| 21. |
We shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with holiday vouchers and shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by winner from or in relation to the holiday vouchers |

| 22. |
The holiday vouchers to winners shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/processes/formalities in connection with the holiday vouchers and on production of all such documents/papers as required by us before accepting the delivery of the holiday voucher. Any failure on the part of the winner/s to comply with directions issued by us for claim of the holiday voucher shall entitle us to forfeit the same and same shall be at our sole discretion. |

| 23. |
All applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax, TDS, gift tax, and any other statutory levy, as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the holiday voucher, will be payable by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any other expense related to the acceptance and use of this offer and we shall not be in any manner liable or responsible for the same. |

| 24. |
Employees of Disha Financial Counselling or its affiliates or its parents and their immediate family members and relatives are not eligible to participate in the Contest. |
|
| 25. |
In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the Contest, our decision shall be final and binding on all concerned. |
|
| 26. |
All disputes under the Contest will be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi. |
